Stuffed banana is an easy evening snack, good for both adult and kids. The main ingredients are banana, grated coconuts, nuts, raisins, cardamom powder, ghee. Banana is a rich source of fibre so including those in your daily diet can smoothen the digestive system and make it stronger and healthier. This is the snack my mom used to make for me when I was a kid, kids will love this snack for sure.

Kozhikal means leg of a chicken in Malayalam. But unlike the name indicates it is a pure veg snack, made of tapioca. This is a popular snack in northern Kerala region, where this is commonly available in all street food shop during the time of evening tea. Main ingredients to make kozhikal are tapioca, besan flour, chilli powder, curry leaves, asafoetida.
